The Fields consists of (7) two-story, single-family home plans with (4) front elevation options each. These tract homes are built with quality, conventional wood-framed construction with prefabricated wood roof trusses and slab-on-grade post-tensioned foundations. The homes range in size from 2,700 square feet to 3,650 square feet.

The Courts At Tapestry

Las Vegas, NV, USA

The Courts at Tapestry consists of (6) two-story, single-family home plans with each floor plan offering options, allowing the home buyer to customize the home to some extent. These plans, with the options, range from 2,151 square feet to 2,810 square feet, with an additional option of exterior decks.

Norwegian Woods

Sun Valley, ID, USA

This nestled 4,000 square foot, two-story wood framed custom residence is constructed of wood framing members with wood shearwalls for the lateral force resisting system.

Decker Residence

Meadow Vista, CA, USA

This is a gorgeous 7,500 square foot; two-story wood framed custom residence. Included with the design of this custom residence is a 14 foot long concrete pedestrian bridge with 594 square feet for the garage, and an additional 731 square feet for a detached garage. This structure is constructed out of conventional wood framed walls with prefabricated wood roof trusses.

Boskovich Residence

Sun Valley, ID, USA

A truly impressive three-story, 9,000 square foot residence located in beautiful Sun Valley, Idaho. Stick framed construction allows for a third level without encroaching the height limitations for the area. The structural design involved accounting for full height 8" thick stone veneer along with high snow loading. The residence is mostly constructed of wood framing with some steel beams which provided the open spaces requested by the owner.

Trail Creek Crossing

Victor, ID, USA

The Trail Creek Crossing project is a mixed use development encompassing over 6 acres of at the corner of Pole Canyon Road and Center Street in Victor, Idaho. The site is zoned for Central Business and Business purposes, which allows a master plan incorporating residential lofts, commercial office, retail and warehouse space. The development itself will be mixed use facility including a (1) three-story building and (2) two-story buildings on the property, with a total estimated area of 140,000 square feet. Phase 1 of this project consists of the first level is set apart retail tenants (20,500 square feet). The second level is set apart for future office space tenants (18,200 square feet). The third level is built out residential condominiums (14,300 square feet).

Thunder Springs Phase 2 in Ketchum, ID is a multi-story steel framed structure. This structure consists of multiple 1880 square feet+ condominiums for residential use. The amenities of these beautiful condominiums consist of gourmet kitchen, spacious living areas, large bedrooms and a relaxing patio provide for uncompromised elegance. Underground parking with convenient elevators take you directly to the unit. These elegant three-story steel framed condominiums are supported by post-tensioned slabs and wood shearwalls.

Silver Street

Ketchum, ID, USA

Silver street is a three story steel framed mixed use development with an elevated post-tensioned slab and a parking garage below. This structure was designed to meet the changing needs of Ketchum, ID.

Pearl-Jackson PMD

Jackson, WY, USA

Pearl Jackson PMD is a three-story mixed-use development with elevated post-tensioned slab with parking garage below. This structure will facilitate the expanding need for retail/office space as well as residential growth in downtown Jackson Hole, WY. The lateral force resisting system is supported by wood shear walls and steel braced and moment frames.

Hopkins Bay

Dangriga, Belize

Hopkins Bay is a resort development comprised of beach houses, triplexes, a restaurant, and multi-unit systems. The buildings are composed of concrete building structure with precast concrete floor system, concrete beams, and headers. Buildings structure is built on 45 foot precast concrete piles. The roof system consists of concrete beams and joists with wood framed sections. Lateral Force Resisting System consists of concrete moment frames. Focus on Increased Energy Efficiency to Counter High Local Utility Costs ($0.30/kwh).

Alpine Village

McCall, ID, USA

Alpine Village is a mixed-use real estate development in the heart of downtown McCall, Idaho. The project includes approximately 36,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and office space and more than 100 residential condominiums – all anchored by a lively pedestrian plaza. Condo owners will enjoy Idaho resort amenities such as an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, exercise facility, steam room and sauna, garden courtyard and a clubhouse lounge. This structure will be built out of a combination of structural steel and wood framing. ES2 provided the structural, mechanical, and electrical design for Phase 1 of this project.

Sweetwater Mixed-Use Development

Sweetwater Development consists of three-story wood framed condominiums. Included in the condominiums is the Sweetwater Grange clubhouse building which is designed to obtain LEED certification. The condominiums have elevated post-tensioned slab with parking garage below to facilitate residents.

Trail Creek Crossing

Ketchum, ID, USA

Trail Creek Crossing is a two-story condominium development with an underground parking garage. This specific project took months of careful study and planning to create a surrounding where there are great views dependent on the seasons of the year.

These luxury two-story custom condominium design located adjacent to Ketchum’s commercial core, is currently under development. These condominiums gradually stepping down the slope toward Trail Creek creating a design that offers the market an alternative to Sun Valley’s more typical rustic lodge look. These condominiums are constructed from conventional wood framing with wood Shearwalls for lateral support.

The Plaza consists of three-story townhomes with an elevated post tensioned slab above a parking garage. The construction of this project is particularly wood stud-bearing and shearwalls supporting prefabricated wood trusses. The design of the foundation system includes a waffle slab.

First Street Development

Hailey, ID, USA

First Street consists of three-story condo/mixed use structure. The structure consists of a combination of steel and wood framing with an elevated post tensioned slab above a parking garage.

Elkhorn Springs Development

Sun Valley, ID, USA

Elkhorn Springs is a mixed use development that has it all – golf, tennis, swimming, hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing. This development consists of restaurants that overlook the ponds, a country store that offers groceries, news, sports rentals, coffee bar, a café, and residential suites including condominiums and penthouses. This development consists of multiple structures including a five-story multi-family residence supported by elevated post-tensioned slab with a parking garage below. These structures are laterally supported by light gauge metal stud shear walls.

Morningstar Apartments

Rock Island, IL, USA

This three-story apartment complex incorporates approximately 17,000 square feet uner the roof structure. This structure was designed with conventionally framed, wood-bearing walls and prefabricated metal plate connected wood trusses with slab-on-grade foundations.

The project consists of 7 three-story wood framed buildings. The approximate total 7 building square footage is 304,821 SF. Construction type is anticipated to be conventionally framed wood bearing walls with prefabricated metal plate connected wood trusses or equal and slab on grade foundations.

Craig & Allen Apartments

Las Vegas, NV, USA

34 Buildings, composed of 14 various apartment-type buildings, garage structures, cabanas and a clubhouse, make up this multi-family residential community. With approximately 333,600 square feet under structure for all buildings located at this project, the community offers 312 rental units. Construction is conventionally framed wood bearing walls with prefabricated metal plate connected wood trusses and slab on grade foundations.

Cheyenne & Jones Apartments

Las Vegas, NV, USA

To meet the ever increasing need for multi-family units, the apartments located at Cheyenne and Jones in Las Vegas, NV, bring an additional 161 rental units to the Las Vegas area and were designed with conventionally framed, wood-bearing walls and prefabricated metal plate connected wood trusses with slab-on-grade foundations. The project totals approximately 210,500 square feet under structure, made up of 12 buildings, one clubhouse and three cabanas.

St. Rose & Maryland Parkway Apartments

Henderson, NV, USA

This multi-family complex incorporates 30 buildings, including cabanas and a clubhouse, into a residential area offering more than 425 apartment rental units. The overall square footage under structure is approximately 566,800 sq. ft. with 542,900 sq. ft. comprising the (24) apartment buildings designed within the project. Conventionally framed wood bearing walls with prefabricated metal plate connected wood trusses and slab on grade foundations make up the construction designed for this project.
