This beautiful LDS temple is the first of its type in the Magic Valley area. The structure itself includes steel framed members in order to facilitate large open spans, and contains braced and moment frames in order to resist the lateral loads that the structure will foresee. The estimated weight of steel for this structure is around 160 tons.

St. Regis Resort In Deer Valley, Roosevelt Gap

This incredible hotel/resort is owned by Deer Crest Associates I, LLC and managed by Starwood’s St. Regis brand. The St. Regis Resort & Residences, Deer Crest, began construction in summer, 2005, and is projected to open for the winter season of 2008/2009. The funicular base will be adjacent to Deer Valley’s Snow Park Lodge and the main hotel and residences will be uphill in Roosevelt Gap on the Deer Hollow ski run. The Resort & Residences offers 26 private residences and 65 condominium suites. The St. Regis, Deer Crest, will contain amenities including a martini bar, an après ski bar, two pools, gift shop, fitness facility, main restaurant, meeting rooms and a 30,000-square foot spa. ES2 completed the Structural Steel Detailing on the low and high roof as well as the stairs and handrails. The project cost for this project is around $260 million.

This beautiful four-story health care facility consists of approximately 130,000 square feet between the four floors. This health care facility was built to further assist the growing population of Logan, UT. The new Women’s Medical Center is an addition to the existing Logan Regional Hospital. The estimated weight of steel on this structure is projected to be 650 tons.

Daybreak Corporate Center

Daybreak Corporate Center is being constructed as a multi-tenant, Class-A office building. Daybreak Corporate Center is the first phase of the larger mixed-use Village Center that will include unique retail and restaurant groups, multiple office locations, and upscale high-density residential housing. Daybreak Corporate Center is a three-story 175,000 square foot Class-A office building with an attached structured parking deck. The estimated weight of steel on this structure is projected to be 800 tons.
